Grand Bend Getaway is a five-bedroom, four-season home tucked into the private community of Southcott Pines. Tall trees, spacious decks, front and back, and the beaches of Lake Huron are just a 7-minute walk away. Two fully finished levels give large families or multi-generational families sharing the space plenty of room to spread out.
Downtown Grand Bend, championship golf, and Pinery Provincial Park along with wineries, breweries and restaurants are all within minutes.
You'll have access to the private Southcott Pines beaches for your whole stay. Sun Beach is a short walk or drive, with designated parking off Shoreline Drive and a parking pass included with your rental for free beach parking.
The footpath at Spruce Lane is a 7-minute walk from the cottage and takes you straight to the Lake Huron shoreline, where the sunsets are something you won't forget.

“We had a great weekend at the house with our 2 kids, their spouses and 4 grandkids. With 10 people we never felt on top of each other. The outside spaces were so beautiful with lots of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. There were lots of bikes to use as well as plenty of beach chairs. The walk to the beach was nice, not too far. The area is very mature and just serene and beautiful. We would definitely rent this place again.”

“This is the second time I have stayed at Dean's place and we have already booked for next year. We were a group of 10 family members ranging from ages 39–81. Dean's place worked wonderfully; lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The extra bonus is the outside patio accessible from the kitchen, and there is an extra kitchen in the basement. Dean is very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this space.”

We loved exploring the wooded area, going to the private beach, or the fun hidden playground. “My family of 11 stayed here for a week. It's a very clean and spacious cottage with a separate space for the kids in the lower floor while adults gathered upstairs. The back balcony and front patio both provided ample seating. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outside shower with hot water was a great touch! The beach is less than a 10-minute walk, with beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys provided. Dean is a wonderful host; this cottage surpassed our expectations and we will definitely be back!”
